Objective
After completing the course unit the student will be able	to define the basic principles of contract law	recognize the importance of contracts in their professional field	explain the intellectual property rights and copyright law in principle	to identify the copyright law on the obligations and rights of their operations	to appoint their own professional organizations related to the field of copyright	designate the start-up phases and documents of a small scale business	describe the types of companies and the central business law	to evaluate their own business ideas and their feasibility	to draw up a business plan
