The students will be able to
• manage the process of video work and operate independently and methodically when producing a video work
• create a feasible setting for screening video work
• apply the key concepts in the history and theory of video art
• explore their own artistic identity in relation to video art

Content

On this course, the students will focus on the technical and expressive basis of video art in theory and in practice. By completing the course assignment, the students will learn about the process of video production. During this course, the students will also learn about the history of video art and topical phenomenon in the world of contemporary art and discuss their own relationship with video art.
