Students will
- Practice leadership and management in nursing
- Assume overall responsibility for patient care in their work group and multidisciplinary cooperation
- Students will learn to develop care and the prerequisites for it as nursing experts in their work unit.
- Enhance their ability to assess risks related to patient safety, as well as their competence in preventive and corrective measures and the continuous development of operations
- Deepen their pharmacotherapy competence in different fields of nursing
- Master the special features of clinical nursing
