Objective
After completing the course the student:	can describe the difference of static and dynamic electromagnetic (EM) fields and knows the basic concepts of them	can utilize static EM calculation methods for basic components and structures, in order to calculate voltage, current, resistance, inductance or capacitance	can use dynamic EM methods in order to calculate plane wave problems in lossless or lossy media, both in an open space or in a transmission line	can design simple transmission line and antenna structures	knows the basic concepts of Electromagnetic Compatibility.
