Students will learn to

- Apply strategic and competence leadership, service guidance and service provision, as well as financial and business competence in the leadership and management of work communities

- Self-management and development as a leader
- Diversity and multiprofessionality of the work community in leadership work
- Knowledge-based management and leadership communication in leadership work
- Labour legislation in leadership work (procedures related to employment relationships and contracts)
- Application of leadership competence in different operating environments
