Objectives
Students will learn to
- Describe the basis and conditions of, and the need for their development project in the organisation or project in which they carry it out
- Build a knowledge basis and framework for their development project
- Specify the objectives, purpose, tasks and result of their development project
- Describe in writing the process of a feasible project focused on research or development
- Describe their role as an expert and project director
- Assess and anticipate the risks involved in their development project
- Draw up a communication plan for their development project
