- Students will learn about different work orientations in social work and the social sector and will understand their similarities and differences.
- Students will learn to identify their own work orientation in professional customer work.
- Students will learn to independently apply their work orientation in practical customer work and to assess it critically.
- Students will recognise professional development areas in their own work
