Students will
- Learn to describe the participatory work-related development process
- Learn various project management practices and be able to explain their leadership perspective in development projects
- Become acquainted with participatory work-related development methods and learn to justify their choice of methods for development projects
- Become familiar with the financing and evaluation of development projects and learn to make financing and evaluation plans for their projects
- Learn to plan how to implement the results of their development projects
