1. Study material related to project planning, implementation and evaluation is distributed to the student at the beginning of the course in the itslearning environment

1. Students complete an assignment related to the production and development of a service based on the needs of working life.
2. The study takes place under the leadership of the project manager and under the coaching of the client in a student team

The approval decision must be made by 13 January 2024 at the latest.

The total hours are 135 hours, consisting of
- Wednesday Project Days 130t (work is planned in the project plan)
- Student's personal working time rapport and self-evaluation 5t

Content scheduling

Between January 15 and May 14, 2023, 18 days have been reserved for R&D project training. Work shifts should not be reserved for project working days

The project team has not implemented the task according to the project plan.

The project team implements the task according to the project plan so that the client is not satisfied with the result.
The project team has not internalized the principles of teamwork and good teamwork.
The project team is not committed to working together.
Project management has not been utilized.
Project reporting is incomplete.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The project team has carried out the task according to the project plan in such a way that the client feels that the project team performed the task according to the assignment well.
The work of the project team has been functional.
The project team is committed to working together.
The guidance given to the project has been utilized.
The project's reporting is of a good standard.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The project team has carried out the task according to the project plan in such a way that the client gives a commendable evaluation of the project team's achievement.
