Real Estate Management (5cr)

Objective

Real estate management tasks and property manager’s work can be divided in three main parts, which are general administrative tasks, real estate finance and the technical specifications relating to real estate. After participating the course, the student is able to organize and lead main functions of a housing company or housing co-operative. The student recognizes the mechanisms of value creation of the real estate administration services. The student is able to define the related real estate business areas, as well as the links between them.

Content

Students are familiarized with different aspects of real estate activities in such a way that they are able to organize activities purposefully and effectively. While going through real estate administration annual routines, students will learn how to develop key governance documents in real estate management. The company's internal and external communications are taken into account as part of the general administrative tasks.
