Teaching methods
The aim is that students understand the basics of qualitative research and data collection, know the basic types of interview and its analysis methods and their use in different situations, are able to plan the interview research themselves, conduct the interview and analyze the interview material.
Teaching and learning methods utilize expert lectures as well as individual and group assignments and independent study.
Completion alternatives
There is no optional method of completion for the course.
Content scheduling
The course (5 ECTS) focuses on qualitative research methods through expert lectures and various practical exercises. The lectures and exercises form a comprehensive whole that provides basic knowledge and skills in qualitative methods, their application areas, practices, and concrete tools for conducting research.
The course will be conducted entirely via Zoom.
