Objective

After completing the course the student can


act as a member of a project and project group

understand the dynamics of project work

understand the role of the project manager

apply various group work and innovation techniques

understand the nature of innovations and different types of innovations

understand the structure of the innovation environment and the roles of its actors

understand the essentials of R&D

understand the differences between various sources of funding

Content

This module has three themes: project management, innovation environment and innovation techniques

The course gives the student basic skills needed in an innovation environment and project work. The student understands the nature of different types of innovation (open, closed, radical…)
