Objective
This course focuses on team/projectleadership and team/project performance management. The role of leadership, communication and trust in situations where change management is needed will also be discussed. After completing this course the student:
- knows the key theories and models explaining leadership and is able to apply the knowledge intoown work
- is able to lead the team toeffectivity and target-oriented performance
- is able to develop effective team also in change
- is able to evaluate and continuously develop his/her own leadership
Content
Core content:
- key theories on leadership and the relationships within an organisation
- leadership as a factor for thesuccess of the business, leadership and change management
- using people, organisation and other intangible resources to get good results
- engaging individuals and groups to release their true potential
