Objective

After completing this course the student
- knows the current issues and research trends concerning the management of customer and network relationships
- is able to evaluate and apply the recent research results when managing customer relationships and developing business concepts
- is able to operate succesfully in different kind of customer or stakeholder relationships management and development positions
