Objective
After completing the course the student:
- can describe the role of operating system in system resource management
- can recognize the new problem types created by multitasking programming
- can design and implement multithreaded programs
Content
- C programming
- file systems
- memory management
- process management; processes, threads, access mechanisms for shared resources
