Objective

After taking part in this module, the student:
- can apply thermodynamics in the design and scaling of heat transfer processes

- can design and scale heat exchangers

- knows the properties of different heat exchangers and can utilize them in different applications

- knows the significance of heat transfer in different industrial sectors.
