Student can
- recognize substantial business processes in international business environment and act accordingly
- name business basic operations and act accordingly, recognize business process interconnections and showing the importance of cooperation between business goals and business operations to achieve business objectives
- use integrated systems and explain the importance of enterprise resource planning in managing business processes and business decisions.

Basic business functions, operations & needs of information, the development of or ERP-systems, sales and marketing information systems and sales order process, production and SCM information systems, finance & accounting in ERP, HR processes in ERP, modelling processes, developing and and implementing ERP-systems, ERP and digital business operations.
