Course Objectives / Learning purposes and outcomes:
Work environments are changing; the importance of the benefit of workspace for individual and organizational performance is more and more important.
This course is intended to give you a first look at the Workplace Management environment. Workplace Management provides you a combination of engineering, economics, management and communication. Workplace Management enables you to cooperate with people of different professional, social and cultural backgrounds.
During the term, first we will define concepts related to Work Place Management and cover the dimensions and forces of the global and local Work Place environment. Second, we will discuss the theories underlying Work Place Management. Third, we will examine and do Cases in real Business environment.
