Objective
After completing the course, the student is able to:
· Apply strategy processes and related methods as well as assess and develop the quality of operations
· Make decisions in different service system contexts

· Future operating environments and services in the social welfare and health care sector
· Decision-making in the service system
· The role of strategic thinking, decision-making, management and leadership in the work community and service provision
· Strategy process steps, related approaches and tools (analyses, BSC, knowledge-based management)
· Ethics, assessment, quality and effectiveness of strategic operations and decision-making
