Tavoitteet
After the course student
- understands the theory and the principles of different battery technologies
- understands requirements of different components on storage systems and is able to apply the knowledge in real working life circumstances
- knows fundamentals of designing and implementation of storage systems
- understands fundamentals of peak shaving and self-consumption optimization
- has basic skills of understanding charger and converter topologies
- has basic skills of understanding alternative energy storage systems
- has basic skills of understanding safety issues related to battery storage systems
