Objectives
Student
·	Knows how to explain the key concepts of palliative care and terminal care and the relationships between them 
·	Knows how to apply key legislation and regulations that define palliative and terminal care
·	Is able to define ethical and legal questions and act in accordance with ethical values and principles in palliative and terminal care 
·	Understands the policies and limitations of palliative care and terminal care and understand the significance of a proactive care plan and advance directive in patient care 
·	knows the key service chains and treatment levels of palliative and terminal care patients
·	is able to assess the individual needs of palliative care of different patient groups and apply their competence in their work 
·	Understands the significance of professional competence development in palliative care 
·	Knows how to support the patient's functional capacity and knows the significance of rehabilitation methods in palliative care
