Objective
After completing the course, the student is able to:
· perceive basis of the usability of patient and client information system and the preconditions for the functionality
· perceive the requirements of user-centered development of the information system
· utilise technology and digital services in many ways in the patient’s care
· determine informatics management, the content and principles of it, and the knowledge management
· utilise the possibilities of information pool as a part of impressive care and developing
· develop patient education for digital communication and for managing of different applications which are used in the care

Objective
After completing the course, the student is able to:
· educate the staff in the work community by utilizing her/his advanced competence
· coordninate work of the teams in charge of the patient’s care
· apply a theory of a learning organisation in development of the staff competence
· evaluate the staff’s competence from the perspective of the strategy
· plan, carry out and evaluate develpoment of the staff’s competence
· support the staff to continuous development of caring patients with non-communicable diseases
· lead the change process in the work community and to consolidate the change
