Student
·	learns to self-manage
·	recognises the special features of entrepreneurship in the social and health care sector and its significance in the service system 
·	learns about the opportunities of working in a management position and identifies their career development opportunities after the completion of the Bachelor’s degree
·	understands ethics as the basis for management work
·	understands how to grow into a good manager, the connection between the required theoretical studies and practical management work, and information management as a basis of decision-making
·	acquires capabilities for managing well-being at work and is able to act constructively in the work community
·	knows how to represent nursing in different working groups, networks and partnerships
·	learns about the prerequisites for management work and acquires skills in contact management (teams, working groups) and development
·	is familiar with basic management processes
·	recognises the significance of productive, effective and sustainable activities in developing services and ensuring the quality of their professional responsibility for care
·	understands the significance of changes in the health care service system and is able to have a positive attitude towards changes
