Objective

Objective is to create sufficient basis for power system studies. After completing the course, the student:
- Know the structure and operation of three-phase systems as well as related concepts and quantities
- Can analyze AC systems in different load and fault situations with the help of phasors
- Is familiar with the fundamentals of electrodynamical systems in power engineering
- Know drawing symbols of electric power systems and can create as well as interpret related drawings
- Is familiar with measurements in power systems
