Objective of the course is to become familiar with the use and programming of programmable logic controllers (PLC). After completing the course, student
- know structure, features and applications of the most common PLCs
- can do logic programming by using programming languages based on IEC standards
- can install and connect components to PLC controlled system
- can design and implement process control by using PLCs
