Objective
After completing the study unit, the students will be able to:
• understand the public procurement process
• apply procurement law in public procurement processes
• prepare public invitations to tender
• analyse tenders and make procurement decisions
Content
• Public procurement process, procurement law as applied, client liability.
• Introduction to Cloudia.
• Request for information, drafting an invitation to tender, replying to an invitation to tender.
• Analysing tenders and deciding on the award of the contract.
