Objective

The student knows the principles of project work. The student knows the project organization, scheduling, reporting, monitoring and control, as well as the closure of the project. The student knows the importance of quality control of construction works, the quality plan of the work site, corporate quality systems and quality assurance measures imposed by the authorities. In his/her work, the student is able to work in a manner determined by the production quality systems.
The student is able to create a quality control plan, a plan for monitoring the quality and carry out the monitoring of the quality of single work stages. Students are able to do a financial plan and manage work phases of a project.
The student knows the essential construction plans, such as, personnel and construction area plan, security plan, fire safety plan, the transfer phase plan, moisture management plan, electrification plan, lifting equipment plan, element installation plan, the site timetables, dust control plan, concrete work plan, and regional plan. The student understands the importance of construction site operations planning.
