Objective

Students are able to, under supervision, to carry out analyses in clinical biochemistry, clinical haematology, histology and cytology and clinical microbiology and patient examinations in clinical physiology and neurophysiology. Students know how to apply the laboratory quality management method applications in their work. Students can independently carry out specimen collection and serve internal and external clients of the laboratory. Students are able to carry out POC testing under supervision. They are capable of critical self-evaluation and recognize the phases of their own professional growth. Students rehearse the basics and methods of health care and clinical laboratory work.
