In a rapidly changing world, a holistic approach to design thinking help in perceiving new opportunities both as individuals and at different levels in companies and organizations. For example, with the pandemic, technological development, or the economic downturn, there may be a need to find new directions in which the designerly ways of thinking bring plenty of perspectives and means.
Design Plugin - Diploma of Higher Education in Design, contains four 15 ECTS study modules based on design thinking and addressing the core issues of design, which together form a comprehensive set of key aspects of design:
1. User-centred design, Ergonomics and Usability 15 ECTS
2. Visualisation and Modeling 15 ECTS
3. Ideation, Concept design and Prototyping 15 ECTS
4. Design thinking and Service design 15 ECTS
Objective
After Design Plugin studies the student is able to use design thinking and designerly ways of developing in work.
