Lean and Quality Expert (30 ECTS) consist of following studies:
Basics of quality management and standards, 5 ECTS
Lean basics and principles, 5 ECTS
Creating and updating the Quality management system and change management, 5 ECTS
Quality control tools and statistical methods, 5 ECTS
Quality control tools and statistical methods, 5 ECTS
Risk Management, 5 ECTS
Project work, 5 ECTS
During the studies, you will familiarize with lean thinking and e.g. to the following standards: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO31000.
Objective
After completing the studies, the student has a holistic overview to quality management and the basics and principles of Lean thinking. We start with the introduction to quality management and standards and progress through Lean principles and quality tools to risk management. You get to apply what you have learned in your own project work related to your business field. The studies build competence to perform different quality development projects and responsibilities in a company.
Development
The studies are carried out as fully online studies. All study courses involve online meetings and also individual and/or group assignments. You will advance your studies with the support of your own small group and at the same time expand your professional network.

Assessment is based on the learning assignments and/or exams. The grading is described in the implementation plan of each courses.
