Having completed the course the student is able to describe, analyze and report survey data using SPSS, Excel and Webropol.

- frequency, median, mean, standard deviation and graphics
- statistical inference (confidence interval and error margin)
- T-test and one-way-anova
- correlate and cross-tabulation
- factor analysis
