Objective

Under the topic organizational behavior we will study organizations, individuals and teams that make up organizations.This course aims to increase students’ ability to observe and understand behaviour in organizations.The course provides the students with practical tools and frameworks to analyze and deal with organizational situations.After the course the studentdevelop their own understandingaboutthe diverse nature of organisational behaviour and its links to performanceis able to better recognize the factors affecting the work community and busines performanceis able to recognise the challenges that embody the management of organisational behaviour
