Objective

The students increase their innovation competencies. They understand why innovations are needed in society and in different occupations and organizations. They are active and innovative team members and understand how to lead innovative teams. They are able to: explain the importance of innovations in society and organizations name recent innovations in their own field identify individual and organizational factors which enhance or limit innovativeness act innovatively and creatively in teams brainstorm new product and service design innovations in diversified teams describe how to lead and motivate innovative teams
