Objective

The student is able: to execute sales management to analyze problems related to sales management and to make decisions to organize sales functions, tasks and responsibilities to lead and train salespeople to evaluate and develop salespeople and sales functions to plan and execute a sales project to build up a sales team and to plan the resources of the sales force to produce presentation materials to implement the stages of the sales process in practice to report the sales project to evaluate the sales project, as an individual sales person as well as from the perspective of the whole sales team
