Objective
After completing this course the student	is able to apply modern information and telecommunication technology (ICT) in the management of customer and stakeholder relationships	is able to utilise Business Intelligence methods and tools when classifying and evaluating customer relationships	is able to apply modern ICT technology in various kinds of customer interface situations and in marketing operations
