Objective

The student shall be able to: produce in writing an accurate and implementable development project and the related applied research plan The student shall be able to: produce a realistic and implementable project plan and the related applied research plan as part of it correlate his or her abilities and resources with independent expert work explain his or her decisions to carry out the development project assess and anticipate risks in the development project create a budget and communication plan for the development project describe his or her own role as the project manager constructively evaluate and analyse plans for development projects and applied research

Content

The student shall be able to describe the needs for and stakeholder groups of the development project, draft a project framework and give justifications describe the objectives, follow-up monitoring, communication and reporting of the development project name the concrete results/outcomes of the development project and make a cost estimate name the work stages and schedule of the development project describe the project organisation assess risks of the development project by creating a risk analysis
