Alternative dispute resolution and mediation (5cr)

Objective

After completing this course the student
- knows thealternative practices of dispute resolution and the regulations related to them
- is able to identify exposing points to the agreement disputes and challenges of the reaching of the settlement
- knows the backgrounds which affect a dispute of agreements and different kind resolution of disputes are familiar
- knows the mediation process and can promote the accomplishing of the reconciliation by utilizing conciliation theories
