The course introduces you to how the reputation, profile and image of companies and communities are built. The key is to understand the role of different affiliates and target groups and to be able to produce meaningful stories for different audiences. The course deals with content planning and conceptualization and introduces students to crisis communication, the basics of communication design and measurement of communication.
