Objective

A student who has completed this course or acquired similar skills: - Understands the importance of the company's strategic choices in business planning - Can develop an idea into a business using the most common tools of design thinking. - Understands the importance of the Balanced Score Card tool in implementing the strategy.

- Strategic choices of the company (mission, vision, competitive strategy, brand story) - Value Proposition Canvas - Business Model Canvas

Qualifications

Key competence: Entrepreneurship and business course or similar skills. Suitable for combining with other entrepreneurship studies, but also suitable for anyone interested in entrepreneurship, regardless of the studies.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

- The student knows the models and methods to develop the idea to business. - The student recognizes the means for implementing the strategy. - The student knows the basic elements of productization and commercialization. - The student identifies potential customer profiles.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

In addition to the above, the student knows how to use development models and methods of the idea, create a business model from an idea, segment customers accordingly and identify customer potential.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to the above, the student can develop an idea and business model. Idea and business is customer-oriented and systematically justified. Student can productize the idea and make a further development plans for the business.
