After finishing these studies, the student:


is able to link the organisation's vision and the strategy with human resource management and development

Core contents: characteristics of dynamic and developing individuals, groups and organisations strategy based knowledge building and development, the methods and systems concepts of learning, compentence and intellectual capital and how to manage this capital anticipating the learning needs (strategy processes, scenarios) recognition of skills and competencies, defining the needs of new skills and competences and the learning goals, measuring and surveying knowledge and learning, typologies of knowledge creation strategies development of human resources, development programmes from evaluation of knowledge toward evaluating the mediation and long run effects
