Objective
The student has competences in customer projects. S/he can plan and carry out a project and set objectives for it. Student can use project management tools and can carry out the documentation and communication. Student knows the basics of customer management, bidding, scheduling and communication with the team and with the customer. Student can set the objectives for a project together with the customer and carry out and complete a customer project.

Carrying out a customer project or working as an active member of a customer project team.
Planning, budgeting, scheduling, carrying out and presenting a customer project.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
Grade approved (1-2), student is able to:
• act as a project manager or other responsible role in a client project
• plan, monitor, execute and report on a client-approved project
• evaluate his/her own activities in the project and participate in the joint evaluation of the group.
The student / team operates independently, however with the support of the supervisor.
There is imited choice of source material and limited use of source material in relation to the tasks assigned.
The presentation of selected issues and/or own conclusions is poor.
There is little critical thinking or logical integration of the output.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
Grade good (3 - 4), student can:
• Professionally apply project tools in client projects.
• Clearly and efficiently manage communication between the project team and the sponsor.
• Manage project risk management, monitoring, billing and evaluation.
The student / team is proactive and utilizes the skills and opportunities of the own team.
Versatile selection and use of appropriate source material.
The presentation of the conclusions is logical and clear and contains own reflection.
Outputs contain critical thinking and have been active. Students create a positive atmosphere in their work community.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Excellent (5), student is able to:
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and invoicing in the customer project
• Pursue his/her goals
• Handle pressure in demanding situations
• Deliver significant value to customers and stakeholders
The student / team utilizes its various strengths and expertise.
The student / team is able to critically analyze different solution models and is able to structure the output into an harmonious whole from the different perspectives. The student / group has received constructive feedback and utilized the feedback. The work of the group has been dialogue and developing the skills of all.
The work has been exemplary and goal-oriented.
The student creates a positive atmosphere in his / her work community and helps and encourages others.
