Opintojakson suoritettuaan opiskelija osaa
- ratkaista ongelmia liiketaloudellisten mallien ja teorioiden pohjalta
- määritellä tutkimuskysymyksen tai tavoitteen
- valita tutkimuskysymykseen tai tavoitteeseen sopivan kehittämisotteen tai menetelmät
- suunnitella ja toteuttaa tutkimuksen ja/tai kehittämistyön sekä perustella tekemänsä valinnat
- raportoida työskentelyn vaiheet ja tulokset selkeästi ja johdonmukaisesti.
Opiskelijalla on valmiudet erilaisten kehittämistehtävien ja järjestelmällistä ongelmanratkaisua vaativien tehtävien toteuttamiseen.

The exercises and activity makes 50% of the evaluation and the exam is the rest. All exercises and the exam have to be passed in order to pass the course.
