Content scheduling

- Opintojaksolla opiskelija tutustuu laivan pitkittäiseen lujuuteen liittyvien rakenneosien keskinäiseen hierarkiaan mallintamalla annettujen ohjeiden mukaisesti rakenenosia 3D-laivamalliin.
- Opintojaksolla keskitytään rakenneosien mallinnustyöhön ja -tekniikoihin Siemens NX ja Teamcenter ympäristöissä.
- Rakenneosien mitoittaminen luokituslaitosten sääntöjen mukaisesti ei sisälly opintojaksoon.
- Esitietovaatimuksena on Siemens NX -ohjelmiston peruskurssin tietojen osaaminen.

Objective

The student will understand the hierarchy of the structural parts of the ship and the longitudinal strength of the ship beam after the course is completed. The student can also model structural parts of the ship hull using the 3D modeling system with Siemens NX.

Content

The aim of the course is familiarizing the student with the hierarchy of the ship structural parts and giving deeper understanding about the longitudinal strength of the ship beam. The student will be modeling the structural parts of the ship to the 3D model of the ship hull with follow given orders. This course concentrating only a modeling of the structure parts. The dimensioning of the parts with the rules of the classification society is an option.
