Teaching methods
The aim is that students understand the basics of qualitative research and data collection, know the basic types of interview and its analysis methods and their use in different situations, are able to plan the interview research themselves, conduct the interview and analyze the interview material.
Teaching and learning methods utilize expert lectures as well as individual and group assignments and independent study.
Content scheduling
The course (5 cr) introduces qualitative research methods through expert lectures and various assignments. Lectures and exercises form a whole that provides basic knowledge and skills about qualitative methods, their areas of application, as well as practices and concrete tools for conducting research.

Assessment methods and criteria
The assessment of the course is based on participation in teaching sessions and the successful completion of all subtasks. The approved performance includes the student's participation in all lectures (implemented at Teams) and the completion of all subtasks, as well as participation in group assignments.
