- explain the importance of operations management activities of the organization
- forms a link between the ERP system elements and real-world events and is able to use this understanding by means of a flexible ERP system
- explain how the ERP is used to manage the entire supply chain

Opiskelijalla tulee olla toimiva WINDOWS-käyttöjärjestelmän tietokone mukana tunneilla, johon hän itse asentaa Microsoft Nav- ohjelman. Asennusohjeet saa kurssin alussa. Tietoteknisissä ongelmissa opiskelija ottaa yhteyttä Turku AMK- palvelupisteeseen ( Service Desk)
