Objective
The goal of practical training is to learn the central tasks and methods relevant to the own field of profession in a real-life environment, as well as to gain new knowledge and skills and apply to practice the knowledge and skills learned already. Professional practice shall be related to the professional field according to the student’s specialization line.
Content
Practical training is tutored by a nominated teacher. A contract shall be written between the student and the employer concerning each work placement period. The contract(s) must be accepted by the teacher before the beginning of the period. The student is obliged to find the workplace for him/herself but he/she is helped by teachers by contact information. After the teacher has accepted the plan and all other practical arrangements are in place, the period can be started. After the period has been completed, the students writes a report.
