Objective
After completing the course, the student is able to:
- design his/her profile as a music professional according to needs from the perspective of hybrid work, taking into account the potential of network-based working methods and digitalisation to promote his/her employment
- define the needs for developing his/her own skills, working methods, technological solutions and pedagogical methods required by chosen educational development task from the perspective of hybrid work
- use technological solutions to enhance working on-site and online environments

Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Assessment will be based on the individual and group assignments submitted in the itslearning course platform and on the demonstrated contribution to the group work in contact days.
Responsible teacher evaluates the assignments. To pass the course, students are expected to participate in the contact days and to contribute to group work in them, as well as to complete and turn in all the assignments. Missing contact day participation will be compensated by an extra assignment. Tutor teachers will keep records of participation in group work in contact days and evaluate the compensatory assignments

In this study module, we will delve into the concept of hybrid work from the perspective of a music professional. We will contemplate what future work requirements may look like, define various expertise profiles, and explore the digital skills needed by music professionals.
After completing the study module, the student will be able to:
- Define and set up a mobile workstation for a music educator.
- Use a digital sheet music application and integrate it with a web conferencing program.
- Utilize an external microphone as the audio input for a web conferencing program through an audio interface.
- Configure audio settings for a web conferencing program.
- Add a secondary camera to a web conferencing program.
- Identify necessary audio sources for remote teaching.
- Adjust audio settings for their own instrument for remote teaching purposes.
- Understand the significance of the network connection in achieving low-latency audio.
