Objectives
Student:
• is familiar with the clinical pathway and treatment process of surgical patients and can work in a way that promotes patient safety
• understands the significance of lifelong learning in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of patient care and learns about the methods of assistance, examination and treatment of surgical patients
• knows how to work in a multiprofessional team to support the patient's self-treatment and to use different guidance methods and evidence-based information.
• develops their professional skills in teamwork and in different networks
• demonstrates initiative in nursing and develops self-management skills
• develops their aseptic competence in the nursing of perioperative patients
• learns about digital medical devices used in patient care
