Objective

Strategic thinking is one of the corner stones of managment and development of an organisation. This course brings into discussion the plentious aspects and angles, which can haveaffect on strategies, competitive advantages and capability. After completing this course the studentknows the central theories and explanatory models of strategic management and strategic thinkingis able to evaluate and develop strategies and operational concepts as part of the ecosystem in which they belong to, and to implement the strategy into action in the operational unit hi/she is in charge forunderstands thesignificance of responsibility and is able to use it as a competitive advantage
