Objective

The purpose of the course is to support the student's growth into an expert of health promotion. An essential ability of an expert is to be able to evaluate his/her own activity, study its appropriateness and if necessary, change his/her actions in the constantly changing circumstances in studies and working life. The aim is to develop the student’s meta-thinking and self-reflection skills through the contents and operational methods of the course, because these are skills which require practice.
